Rules of the game - BRAI x OUATE
Article 1: Organization of the Game
BRAI, SAS registered under SIRET number 83463326500048, having its registered office at 23 rue de l'Annonciation 75116 PARIS is organizing a free competition without obligation to purchase, hereinafter the organizer.
Article 2: Object of the game
This competition is organized by BRAI in collaboration with the following brand: OUATE. Each brand offers a set, the details of which can be found in article 6. The draw will be made among participants who have completed the Typeform, accepted the terms and conditions and left their email addresses. It will designate 2 winners. Participation in the Game implies unreserved acceptance of these rules in their entirety, hereinafter “the Rules”.

Article 3: Date and duration
The Game takes place from 01/29/2023 to 02/12/2023 inclusive. The Organizer reserves the right to extend the participation period and postpone any announced date, in particular in the event of a technical bug when it is posted online.
Article 4: Conditions of participation & validity of entry
Article 4-1: Conditions of participation
The game is open to residents of mainland France and Belgium, without restriction, provided they are of legal age. Are not authorized to participate in the Game, any person having collaborated in the organization of the Game, the employees of the Organizer or the subcontractors of the Organizer. Participation is limited to 1 natural person, regardless of their e-mail address.
Article 4-2: Validity of participation
The entry form field (e-mail address) must be fully completed and validated. Information that proves to be inaccurate (e.g. typing error in the e-mail address) will result in the nullity of the participation. The organizer reserves the right to eliminate from the draw and/or the game any participation form which does not comply with the rules, in particular any incomplete or illegible form (which does not respect the format of an e-mail address ).
Article 5: Designation of winners
At the end of the game, a draw will be made on 02/13/2023 among the participants who left their e-mail address to designate 2 winners. The draw will be carried out randomly with the random function on the Excel software, which will designate from the list of email addresses submitted 2 winning email addresses. Each email address has the same chance of winning.
Article 6: Designation of Lots
The prize is as follows for each of the 2 winners:
- OUATE : An e-gift card - Unit value: €10
- BRAI : An e-gift card - Unit value: €100
Article 7: Information or Publication of the names of the winners
The 2 winners will be informed by e-mail to the address provided in the entry form from 02/13/2023. Losers will be notified by email the same day that they have not been drawn. The names of the winners will not be revealed to the losers.
Article 8: Delivery of Prizes
The winners will be informed by e-mail that they have been drawn. The prizes awarded are personal and non-transferable. In addition, the prizes cannot under any circumstances be the subject of any dispute on the part of the winners, nor of an exchange or any other consideration of any kind whatsoever. Each brand will send its own prize to the winners. In case of return of the products received, there will be no recrediting of the purchase voucher or money transfer.
Article 9: Personal data
The personal data collected as part of participation in the game is recorded and used by the organizer for the requirements of their participation and the allocation of their winnings. This data will also be used for commercial purposes. In accordance with the “Data Protection Act” of January 6, 1978, Participants have the right to access, rectify or delete information concerning them. Any request must be sent by post to the organizer's address mentioned in article 1 or by e-mail to contact@brai.fr
Article 10: Liability
The Participant acknowledges and accepts that the only obligation of the organizer under the Game is to submit the entry forms collected to the draw, provided that his participation complies with the terms and conditions of the Rules, and to award the prizes to the winners. , according to the criteria and procedures defined in these Regulations. The organizer cannot be held responsible, without this list being exhaustive, for any technical, material or software failure of any nature whatsoever, the risks of contamination by possible viruses circulating on the network and the absence of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation. Participation in the Game implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limits of the Internet both in terms of technical performance, response times for consulting, and for querying or transferring information.
BRAI will collect the data collected in the TypeForm and will transmit it to the partner brand in accordance with the conditions of participation (OUATE, BRAI). Article 11: Force majeure / reservations
The responsibility of the organizer can not be incurred if, for a case of force majeure or beyond its control, the game had to be modified, shortened or canceled (in particular for technical reasons. The organizer reserves the right to carry out any verification that it deems useful, relating to compliance with the rules, in particular to exclude any participant who has made an inaccurate, misleading or fraudulent declaration.
Article 12: Disputes
The Rules are governed by French law. Any difficulty in applying or interpreting the Rules will be resolved exclusively by the organizer. No telephone request or complaint concerning the application or interpretation of these Rules will be answered. Any dispute or complaint relating to the Game and/or the draw must be made in writing to the organizer's address or by e-mail via contact@brai.fr . No dispute will be taken into account eight days after the close of the Game.
Article 13: Consultation of the Rules
The consultation of the Rules of the Game is accessible directly from the e-mail received with the instructions of the Game, by direct request to the BRAI team (whatever the means, e-mail, telephone, private message on the networks etc.) , as well as in the footer of the website, the time of the game and up to 8 days after.
