Terms of sale
This Site is operated by BRAI SAS, SAS au capital social de 1000 €, whose head office is located at 23 rue de l' Annonciation in Paris, and registered in the Register of Commerce and Companies of Paris under number 819 169 335.
PURPOSE
The purpose of these General Terms of Sale is to define the rights and obligations of both parties, in the exclusive framework of the relations they establish on the Internet, concerning any online sale of the Products offered on the Site.
They regulate all the steps necessary for placing an order and follow up on this order.
These apply to the exclusion of any other document.
AVAILABILITY AND AUTHENTICITY OF PRODUCTS
The BRAI products offered for sale on the Site are printed clothing, accessories and linen. All these products are available within the limit of the available stock; we also reserve the right to limit the quantity of products supplied, to deliver only part of an order or to split orders, as well as to modify the terms or the duration of validity of any special offer or promotion. In case of unavailability of one of the Products, we will inform you as soon as possible.
We guarantee the authenticity of all products presented for sale on the Site. BRAI products are made with high quality materials, design and labour.
PRICING
The prices shown on the BRAI website are expressed in EURO, inclusive of all taxes. Despite our efforts to display exact prices on the site, errors can slip. If we detect an error in the price of the goods you ordered, we will give you the choice between reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the order to be cancelled.
Prices shown are out of charge for shipping and delivery. The user will be informed of them when the order is confirmed.
PAYMENT
In the context of online purchases, BRAI accepts only the following means of payment: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Bank Transfers.
As a precaution, make sure that the billing address provided to Brai.fr accurately matches the address registered with your credit card issuer. The processing of your order could be delayed in case of a difference. We do not accept: personal cheques payment on delivery the split payment
The transaction will be debited from your credit card only when we have verified the information on your card, received the debit authorization, confirmed the availability in stock and that your order will be ready for shipment.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to: contact@brai.fr
We will try to satisfy your request at best. However, please note that the orders are processed as soon as possible and that, once the order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it is cancelled or modified. Upon receipt of your order online, please consult the return instructions present in your package. EXPEDITION AND DELIVERY
Except for exceptions, purchases are shipped by La Poste for metropolitan France and by DHL for the European Union and the rest of the world. Orders are processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. BRAI will not be held responsible for any unforeseen delays.
If you are not totally satisfied with the product received or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please keep all the original documents and packaging and contact us immediately by email, at: contact@brai.fr
GUARANTEES: RETURNS AND ECHANGES
The customer has a cooling-off period of 14 days from the date of receipt.
Products ordered at the normal rate must be returned/exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date; on the soldered products, they must be returned/exchanged within 10 days of delivery.
Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible and no later than 30 working days following receipt of the request.
BRAI will agree to refund (only on your e-shop purchases) and/or exchange the goods as long as they are in their original state and accompanied by their original sales invoice. Please note that we cannot accept any worn, used, damaged or damaged goods.
The full amount of the returned product will be credited to the credit card used for payment of the product. Your credit card account will be credited when processing the returned product, and the credit will appear on your next statement.
Please note that the shipping costs are non-refundable, unless BRAI committed an error in the original delivery.
We recommend that you ship the goods by Fedex or by parcel post for better follow-up. BRAI will not provide reimbursement or compensation in the event that returned packages are lost, stolen or damaged during transportation.
BRAI reserves the right to refuse returns or requests for exchange of any goods that do not meet the above criteria.
The exchange of a product purchased via Brai.fr consists of two steps: - make a selection on the site to identify and buy the replacement product; - return the original product by following the steps described in the previous section. The returned product must be received by BRAI in its original condition and the satisfaction of a new order is conditional on the availability of products at BRAI. Shipping costs for all returned product (s) are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of error committed by BRAI in the original delivery.
ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
We do the necessary to provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that a website will be free of human or technical errors. This site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions, such as rates and availability, and product information. We will do the necessary to correct these errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after the sending of an order, and to modify or update this information at any time without notice.
PERSONAL AND SECURITY DATA
Personal information collected in the framework of online sales is necessary for the processing of orders and their delivery, as well as for invoicing. This information is strictly confidential and is not disclosed to third parties. Any missing information will result in the automatic denial of the order.
In accordance with Law 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to computers, files and freedoms, all personal information collected on the Site has been registered with the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l' Informatique et des Libertés). BRAI strives to maintain appropriate security measures to protect the information you entrust to us. However, despite reasonable measures to protect such personal data against fraudulent access, use or disclosure, we cannot guarantee that data transmission over the Internet can be fully protected from unauthorized access by recipients. BRAI shall not be liable in the event of a breach of security, unless the breach was due to the negligence of BRAI.

The BRAI website uses only cookies " Session ". These cookies allow only the retention of temporary data related to the current session (selected products, time spent on the Site, etc.). This collected information is in no way nominal and is not saved from one session to the next.

BRAI cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the products sold on this Site.
The only obligation of BRAI, concerning access to the site, the processing of orders, the delivery or subsequent services, is limited to an obligation of means. BRAI cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet, in particular the interruption of service, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
LAW - APPLICABLE JURISDICTION
The terms and conditions of sale and the contractual relationship between BRAI and the user are governed by French law. The Parties shall accept the jurisdiction of the Courts of Paris (France) in respect of any action brought pursuant to or related to these Conditions of Use.
