- HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM THAT IS NOT SUITABLE?
Product returns are at your expense. You have 14 days to return your items and must be sent to our logistician at the following address:
Once the item has been received by our logistician, we exchange the model or the agreed size.
For in-store returns, they can be made to the following address:
The exchange is made directly in store for the desired model or size.
- HOW TO GET A REFUND FOR AN ITEM THAT IS NOT SUITABLE?
Returns of products are at your expense, they must be sent to our logistician at the following address:

Once the item has been received by our logistician, we will issue a refund to the account taken from the order.
No refund possible in store.
- HOW DO OUR CLOTHES SIZE?
Children's pyjamas:
Children's pajamas have a slim fit, if in doubt between two sizes, always take the size above.
We recommend taking the size above the actual age (ex: if the child is 6 or 7 years old, we advise you to take 8 years old)
Women's pyjamas:
Regarding women's pajamas, we recommend that you take your usual size.
Here are some equivalents that may help you in your choice:
(XS - 34/36 ; S - 36/38 ; M - 38/40 ; L - 40/42 ; XL - 42/44 ; XXL - 42/44)
Size XS is also suitable for teenagers from 12/13 years old.
Men's pajamas :
For men's pajamas we advise you to take your usual size.
For example, on our site, the model is 1.85m tall and wears an L.
Swimwear:
For men's and children's swimwear, if you hesitate between two sizes, we recommend choosing the size above.
- WHAT SERVICES ARE OFFERED?
Customization:
We offer a customizable embroidery service for the price of 10€ for the following products:
- pajamas
- Toiletry bags
- The pockets
- Cushion covers
- Beach towels
- Slippers
- The kimono
- Plaids (105cm x 105cm)
Personalization is a service available only in store, at 23 rue de l'Annonciation, 75016 Paris, or by telephone for remote sale at +33 1 42 15 54 06
Customization times are 4 days. Any customization order placed:
- Before Monday 2:00 p.m. will be available at the shop the following Friday morning
- Before Thursday 2:00 p.m. will be available at the shop the following Tuesday morning
Courier service in Paris
We offer a delivery service by courier in 3 hours in Paris only for 6 euros.

- WHAT IS THE FREQUENCY OF YOUR COLLECTIONS?
We release a new exclusive print every two months.
The Blue Tiger or the Pink Tiger are our timeless prints, they remain permanent throughout the seasons. To find out more, do not hesitate to follow us on Instagram @brai_officiel.
- HOW LONG WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders placed before 12 noon during the week are dispatched the same day. Allow 2 to 3 working days by Colissimo or DHL. For orders placed on the weekend, they will be sent on Monday.
- DO YOU DELIVER ABROAD?
Yes, we ship worldwide. For orders abroad, the shipment is made by DHL. For France, we go through Colissimo.
- PAYMENT METHODS:
There are several payment methods:
- Bank card (CB, Visa, MasterCard and American Express)
- PayPal
- 3X free of charge via Alma
- Bank transfer
All are available on the brai.fr website.
- PRE-ORDERS:
Pre-orders are sent as soon as the collection is received, i.e. within 8 weeks. Thus, if in addition to your pre-order, you order other items available in stock, they will be sent at the same time.
- LE CALL & COLLECT :
The call & collect is available at the store. You can reach us at +33 1 42 15 54 06 to place an order
You pay by credit card by phone thanks to distance selling, we prepare your package, then you can pick up your order at the Brai Shop.
Or have it delivered in Paris and near suburbs for an additional €6.
