DELIVERY

BRAI delivers to you in mainland France via Colissimo and DHL internationally. All your orders placed before noon are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Friday – orders placed on weekends are dispatched on Monday). The delivery time is then 2 to 3 working days by Colissimo and DHL.

You will receive an email as soon as your package is sent, as well as the tracking number.

 

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery for orders over 150€ is free. Otherwise, the delivery costs are as follows:

Standard home delivery - Colissimo: €8.50

Delivery to a collection point - Mondial Relay: €5.00

Express home delivery - Chronopost: €15.00

- Shipping: Your package has been handed over to our carrier and delivery is in progress.
- Theoretical delivery date: date on which your package should be delivered to you.
- Delivery: Your package has been delivered to your doorstep.
